We are working with non-fiction this week and learning a new note taking strategy.  In order to get your brain working in the right direction...

    Did you know that Nikki's most arch, arch enemy has been acting very unusual and Nikki had another dream that Mackenzie (Nikki's enemy) takes out all of the pages in Nikki's diary and tapes them on the wall.

    I am still reading Rome by Kevin Supples. A fact that I learned was that in Ancient Rome city workers did not come to every house and pick up their garbage. Some people back then just threw their garbage out their windows or front doors! Now I know that they did not recycle then. I bet there was a lot of garbage on the floor and maybe some people could not even walk next to the houses!
