After you read for at least 20 min, please leave the title and author of your book in the comment section.  This week I want you to talk to me about your mental images also.  In your comment, tell me what words the author used to help you create a mental image.  Remember that when you use the authors words, you need to put the word or words in "quotation marks".

  15. I am reading the Canary Caper by Ron Roy. The sentence that helped me create my mental image is "The canary was gone." My mental image was of an empty bird cage sitting on the table.
